250 mg Pasta cooked al dente
½ cup Bacon cut into small
2 tbsps. of olive oil
1 tbsps. of butter
5 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
½ cup of parmesan cheese
Water from the pasta
Pepper to taste
Chopped Parsley

How to cook pasta perfectly.
Bring water into a boil, 1 to 2 tbsp. of salt but not too salty enough to absorb in a pasta. Put the pasta and cook for 15-20 minutes checking after 15 minutes to make sure it won’t be overcooked. Reminder!  don’t forget to get a cup of water from the pasta before draining and keep it aside. When pasta become al dente. Immediately remove from the water and drain the water. Add olive oil to the pasta to prevent sticking to each other.
In a pan cook, a slice of bacon to the let fat comes out and crisp. Don’t burn it! Take it out of the pan and set aside. Add butter and sauté the garlic until golden brown. Add the beaten eggs and egg yolk and parmesan cheese that has been mixed in a bowl. Put the cooked pasta then mix. Followed the water from the pasta it thickens very quickly. Don’t let it dry!  so turn off the stove. Best served while its hot and add the chopped parsley.  Enjoy!
