Fruity Vegan Coconut Baked Oatmeal




Super delicious oatmeal in cake form! The picture make it look bigger than it actually was haha. Just a heads up, this was baked in a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. (not that big at all!)

Let’s get right to it!

Ingredients:
2 cups oats 1/2 cup of flour (Whole wheat or all purpose flour) 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/2 frozen berries 1/3 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes 1 1/2 cup of almond milk (or any non dairy milk) 1 tsp vanilla Icing sugar for topping (optional)
If you’re into having oatmeal for breakfast, try making it a different way!

Now for the baking instructions: (this is as basic as it’s gonna get) It’s super simple:
Preheat oven to 350F or 190C Mix all ingredients together Bake for 35 – 40 min. BAM! Done.
