Grilled haianese pork chop






Pork – grilled on low heat till golden brown, set aside and cut into pieces. Put on plate. Add chinese cooking wine while grilling.

Potato- cut into wedges and fry till golden brown set aside.

With a clean pan, add sliced onion, mixed vege and stir fry till cooked, add tomato sauce, soy sauce alittle and some sugar to your desire and some water to make the sauce lighter.

Off the flame and pour over the pork.
