Honey Almond Granola




Ingredients:
1/4 cup of sliced almonds 1/4 cup of flour (I used gluten-free flour) 1/2 cup of rolled oats 4-6 tbsp of unsalted butter Honey to your tasting
 

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats and flour, then add almonds and finally add your butter. You should add enough butter to coat the mixture. Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 10-15 mins or until golden brown. When the granola is golden brown, drizzle honey over it and bake again for 5-8 minutes
 

Tips:

After you drizzle honey. You will see the granola starting to caramelize. This will happen fairly quickly. Keep a close key to make sure it’s not burning!
