Pizza (simple crust)




Ingredients for pizza crust:
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 3 tbsp cream cheese 1 cup almond flour 1 egg 1 tsp onion powder
Directions:

Microwave the cheese for 1.5 minutes. 

Then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix as good as you can.

Spread the dough into the pan, using oiled hands (or a spatula, if you prefer).

Punch the dough with a fork.

Bake the pizza crust for 10 minutes at 425 F. 

Then add the pizza sauce (I used a spicy one) and the toppings of your choice (ribs meat, olives, and extra cheese).

Bake it for 10 minutes, at the same temperature.
